Description :

We are currently working on organizing development. By this year we are focusing to improve human capital development. Here your role will be General Affair Officer (GA) who will work to manage everything related to HR development, administration and also legal documents needed. You will be supervised directly by the head of organization development division. Our organization started in August 2014 but this position was just identified in 2020. As the GA officer, you will be a key support system in our organization. If you are accepted to fill this position, you will be placed at our headquarter office in Bandung.

Responsibilities :

  1. General role is support in managing Human Capital organization under Head of organization development division started from creating guidelines and SOP, Human resource development and Monitoring and Evaluation
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Nurture a positive working environment
  4. Report to management and provide decision support through HR Metrics
  5. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources management
  6. As we need someone who is adaptable and a quick learner, it is possible to work on new tasks that might be available in the middle of the program

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or related major from reputable university
  2. Having minimum 1 year of working experiences as HR Officer
  3. Have a passion in Human Resources field
  4. Preferably having experiences in Environmental fields or passionate about the environmental
  5. Strong practical and proven knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relation, Payroll, HR Operation, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management
  6. Experience to handle and managing front liner level or Have experience in managing project or team
  7. People oriented and result driven
  8. Strong leadership and management skills
  9. Strong Attention to detail
  10. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  11. Able to work in highly integrated
  12. Good in English are required
  13. Adaptable and dynamic
  14. Have good critical thinking and creativity
