Greeneration Internship Academy – Batch 2 (Special Program)

Greeneration Internship Academy (GIA) is the program of Greeneration Foundation aimed to create future leaders who have eco-lifestyle awareness, strong leadership, and organization skills, through workshops and training and practice opportunities in the implementation of our programs.

This is your chance to learn and get experience with Greeneration Foundation. Join our team and let’s be the part of Greeneration Internship Academy – Batch 2. This internship program will be held on February 15 – May 15, 2020.

What’s the difference between the GIA Program Division to other internship programs?

Greeneration Internship Academy (GIA) is a flexible constructive internship program. You don’t need to work in our office every day, you just need to come to our office 2-3 days a week. Even you may choose the days based on your availibility times. During your internship, you won’t get exhausted tasks but the knowledge about environmental issues and skills plus practice opportunities.

ECORANGER PROGRAM

Preferably resides in Bandung

  1. Proposal and Grant Development Intern (2 People)

a. Responsibilities

  • create a grant proposal and develop the proposal for fundraising
  • create a business plan
  • create an interesting presentation
  • create Minutes of Meeting
  • create a concept for environmental project

b. Qualification

  • Student/fresh graduate from any major
  • Experienced in creating a proposal
  • Experienced in creating a business plan
  • Skilled at operating Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Proficient in design is more preferable
  • Proficient in English communication is more preferable
  1. Finance and Clerk Intern Officer (1 People)

a. Responsibilities

  • Create a project budget
  • Create financial records of daily transaction
  • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets
  • Make sure that the financial records are always updated
  • Analyze the errors in financial records
  • Make advance and reimburse form

b. Qualification

  • Students from management/accounting/finance major are more preferable
  • Have a good understanding in finance
  • Proficient in making financial report
  • Have a good writing skill

ICEF PROGRAM

Preferably resides in Jakarta or Depok

  1. Administrative Assistant Intern

a. Responsibilities

      • Assist in mailing correspondence
      • Assist in financial management and planning
      • Compile daily and monthly reports
      • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

b. Skills & Behavior

      • Competency in computer skills with adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Ready to face ambiguity and demands of a rapidly evolving working environment
      • Demonstrated skills in communicating, planning, and problem solving
      • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation with maturity, sensitivity, and diplomacy
      • Demonstrated commitment to collaborative work practices
      • Proven ability for accuracy under pressure and adherence to deadlines

c. Requirements

      • Currently active student or fresh graduate from all majors
      • Excellent command in English, written and spoken
      • Willing to commit to the minimum working hours
      • Preferably resides in Jakarta or Depok

2. Partnership Engagement Intern

a. Responsibilities

        • Assist in partnership engagement planning and activities, such as, but not limited to, meetings, coordination, and discussions.
        • Conduct mailing correspondence with regard to partnership engagement
        • Create, manage, and compile records of meeting (Minutes of Meeting/MoM)
        • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

b. Skills & Behavior

    • Ready to face ambiguity and demands of a rapidly evolving working environment
    • Demonstrated skills in communicating, planning, and problem solving
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation with maturity, sensitivity, and diplomacy
    • Demonstrated commitment to collaborative work practices
    • Proven ability for accuracy under pressure and adherence to deadlines

c. Requirements

    • Currently active student or fresh graduate from Management, Communications major, or other relevant fields
    • Excellent command in English, written and spoken
    • Willing to commit to the minimum working hours
    • Preferably resides in Jakarta or Depok

3. Multimedia Design Intern

a. Responsibilities

      • Plan and produce content for promotion and branding purposes for social media and administration
      • Manages ICEF social media (i.e. Instagram @idncef)
      • Support content updates for ICEF website
      • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

b. Skills & Behavior

    • Competency in design applications (e.g. Adobe programs or CorelDRAW)
    • Ready to face ambiguity and demands of a rapidly evolving working environment
    • Demonstrated skills in communicating, planning, and problem solving
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation with maturity, sensitivity, and diplomacy
    • Demonstrated commitment to collaborative work practices
    • Proven ability for accuracy under pressure and adherence to deadlines

    • Currently active student or fresh graduate from Art and Design major or other relevant fields
    • Willing to commit to the minimum working hours
    • Preferably resides in Jakarta or Depok

PROGRAM BEBAS SAMPAH ID

Preferably resides in Jakarta 

  1. Product Development Intern 

a. Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Engineer in product development planning
  • Support Product Engineer to execute product development
  • Analyze performance and code optimization
  • Maintain software documentation

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication
  • Self-learner strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

c. Requirements:

  • Information technology or system student
  • Familiar and able to operate HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL

2. Product Design Intern 

a. Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Designer in product design planning
  • Support Product Designer to execute product design
  • Conduct product review and testing

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skilsl, good in communication
  • Self-learner strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

c. Requirements:

  • A student in all majors
  • Familiar and able to operate prototype tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Marvel)

3. Database Administrator and Analyst Intern 

a. Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage database
  • Analyze database and report to Program Manager
  • Response user reports

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication
  • Self-learner strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

c. Requirements:

  • A student in all majors
  • Familiar and able to operate Microsoft tools (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)

4. Research and Analyst Intern 

a. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cities/regencies waste management index research
  • Conduct user research of Bebassampah.ID

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication
  • Self learner strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

b. Requirements:

  • Student of Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geography, or Environmental Health
  • Data-driven possess critical thinking, and analytical
  • Prior experience in conducting research is a plus

5. Engagement and Partnership Intern

a. Responsibilities:

  • Create, collect, and clean program documents
  • Assist Program Manager in coordinating meetings with partners, donors, sponsors, and media partners.
  • Carry out administrative and PR function with partners, donors, sponsors, and media partners.

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication
  • Self-learner, strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

c. Requirements:

  • A student from all majors
  • Have strong capabilities to create and present presentation
  • Prior experience with communities is a plus, but not obligatory

6. Multimedia Content Intern 

a. Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute an editorial plan
  • Manage @bebassampahid and @jamborebebassampahid
  • Create and evaluate Bebassampah.ID feature briefs

b. Skill & Behaviour: 

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication
  • Self-learner, strong interpersonal skill, confident, and trustworthy as well
  • Able to adjust working individually / team

c. Requirements:

  • Communications student or other related disciplines
  • Have prior experience in digital campaign/content writing/copywriting/social media is a plus
  • Up to date

  1. Community and Partnership Intern – Internship

a. Responsibilities

  • Create, collect, and clean program documents.
  • Assist Project Officer in assessing potential communities and schools.
  • Assist Project Officer in liaising and coordinating meetings with partners, communities, and donors.

b. Skills & Behaviour

  • Passion to learn new skills, good in communication.
  • Self-learner, strong interpersonal skill, confident, and reliable.
  • Adaptable, can work individually as well as in team.

c. Requirements:

  • Student/fresh graduate from all majors.
  • Have strong capabilities to create and present presentation.
