Organization Development Assistant (ODA) Volunteer

Description :

Greeneration Foundation is currently looking for a highly passionate, agile, sharp-minded candidate to join the Organization Development team. She or he will be able to work for three months with three days visit to our Bandung office in a week.

Responsibilities :

  1. Assist in the management of various activities under the Head of Organization Development
  2. Help in creating cy model OD teamompetenc
  3. Help in conducting research and updating guideline of organization
  4. Help in conducting RASCI analysis, creating jobdesc team, performance review and others document related to HR Management
  5. Help in creating balance sheet, financial statement and others report related to Finance Management
  6. As we need someone who is adaptable and a quick learner, it is possible to work on new tasks that might be available in the middle of the program

Requirements :

  1. Final years or fresh graduate from Bachelor of HR Management, Business Administration, Finance,
  2. Accounting, Law or other relevant majors in management fields from reputable university
  3. Agile and self-starter
  4. Passionate about organization development
  5. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and google workspace
  6. Adaptable and dynamic
  7. Reliable, accurate and organized attention to detail on the job.
  8. Ability to meet set targets and to work independently and in a team setting.

Appreciation :

  1. Capacity Building and trainings
  2. Certificate or e-certificate
  3. Recommendation letter (if needed)
  4. Merchandise (adjustable)
  5. Transportation replacement Rp1.500.000,-/month for Bandung placement and Rp2.000.000,-/month for Jakarta placement;
  6. Additional consumption and transportation replacement if needed when participating in office activities/event (reimburse);
  7. Maximum health insurance of Rp300.000,- for 3 months ( Conditional – reimbursement system).

Selected candidate will be placed at Greeneration Foundation’s Bandung office.
